On August 2nd 2024, Laserfiche announced the End-of-Life for legacy add-on modules in the Laserfiche product suite. These modules are not purchased products, but rather enhancements to support an implementation. This marks the end of software maintenance for the following modules: Laserfiche Integration with Google Drive Import (CIS), Laserfiche Integration with OneDrive Import (CIS), and Laserfiche Web Scanning. The last day to access these modules from the Laserfiche Cloud and Laserfiche Support Site is February 6th, 2025. On December 31, 2025, Laserfiche will end technical support of the self-hosted modules, marking the End-of-life.

For customers currently using the import services, the alternative option is to manually import the documents. For customers using the Web Scanning module, the alternative is to use Desktop Scanning which works with both the Laserfiche web client and the Desktop client.
